Technology Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design implementation and maintenance of scalable systems for deploying and managing Azure AI models
• Oversee front end and back end development ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization
• Design and implement robust data structures to support AI model training deployment and management
• Manage and execute project and program management activities ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
• Solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency
• Lead the design architecture testing and hypercare phases of AI model deployment
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements provide updates and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Implement project governance practices to ensure compliance and effective project execution
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive project success and achieve organizational goals
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
• Drive initiatives that will result in savings and improvement in efficiency
