About The Role

BigStep Technologies is hiring a Technology Lead to drive our product engineering vision. You’ll lead a team of developers while architecting scalable solutions using React.js, Node.js, and Go (Golang).Make critical architecture decisionsMentor engineers and set coding standardsCollaborate with product/CTO to align tech with business goalsHands-on code for complex features/POCsKey ResponsibilitiesDefine tech stack strategy (evaluation/adoption of React, Node, Go, etc.)Lead system design for scalability (microservices, APIs, cloud infra)Review code and enforce best practices (testing, security, performance)Troubleshoot critical path issuesConduct technical interviews and build high-performing teamsRun tech sprints and R&D initiativesFoster engineering culture (knowledge sharing, innovationBuild React.js frontends (TypeScript, Next.js)Develop Node.js backend services (Nest.js, Express)Implement Go components for high-throughput systemsOptimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB
