About The Company

• Technology Scouting & Evaluation: Research, identify, and evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and more, to assess their applicability in improving organisational processes and services.
• Innovation Strategy Development :Work closely with senior management to design and implement an innovation strategy that aligns with organisational goals and enhances digital transformation initiatives.
• Project Management & Execution: Lead the execution of technology innovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with key objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments (IT, R&D, Operations, etc.) to understand their technology needs and work towards developing solutions that address pain points and create business value.
• Technology Advocacy & Education: Promote a culture of innovation within the organization by organising workshops, seminars, and training programs to educate employees on emerging technologies.
  

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technology innovation, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Technical Expertise:Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and trends (AI, machine learning, blockchain, cloud, IoT, etc.). Hands-on experience in technology scouting, prototyping, and implementing new technologies. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, data management, and cybersecurity best practices.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications (Desirable): PMP, Six Sigma, or any relevant certifications in innovation management or digital transformation.
