Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify and evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing for improving organisational processes and services. - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement an innovation strategy that aligns with organisational goals and enhances digital transformation initiatives. - Lead technology innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with key objectives. - Collaborate with various departments to understand technology needs and develop solutions that address pain points and create business value. - Promote a culture of innovation by organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs to educate employees on emerging technologies. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in technology innovation, digital transformation, or a related field. - Strong project management skills with a successful track record of project delivery. - Deep knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, cloud, and IoT. Hands-on experience in technology scouting, prototyping, and implementation. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure, data management, and cybersecurity best practices. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant certifications in innovation management or digital transformation are desirable.
