Technology Architect

Job Summary We are seeking a Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Omnistudio Health Quoting for Providers and Payers SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and a good understanding of Analytics. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technological solutions to enhance our business processes and impact society positively. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Provide expertise in Omnistudio to streamline processes and improve user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop health quoting solutions for providers and payers ensuring compliance and accuracy. Implement SFDC Lightning components to enhance the user interface and improve functionality. Manage SFDC integration projects ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Configure SFDC applications to optimize performance and support business objectives. Drive IT consulting initiatives leveraging domain expertise to deliver strategic solutions. Utilize analytics skills to interpret data and provide insights that inform decision-making. Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities to maintain productivity and collaboration. Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices enhancing the companys reputation and trust. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in SFDC Development and Customization Omnistudio and Health Quoting. Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Lightning Integration and Configuration. Have a solid background in IT Consulting with experience in Analytics as a plus. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
