Functional and Analysis:

• Analyze and document

  client business processes, workflows, and functional requirements across various Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing).

• Translate complex business needs

  into clear, actionable functional specifications and solution designs.

• Configure and manage

  Odoo modules to align with client business requirements, optimizing the out-of-the-box functionality where possible.
• Conduct

  end-user training

  , prepare user manuals, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Serve as the

  primary liaison

  between the business stakeholders and the development team.

Technical and Development:

• Develop new Odoo modules

  and

  customize existing ones

  (both back-end and front-end) when configuration alone is insufficient.

• Collaborate with the development team

  to ensure technical solutions align with functional specifications and best practices.
• Perform

  integration

  of Odoo with third-party systems via APIs.
• Conduct

  testing, troubleshooting, and debugging

  of Odoo applications and custom features.
• Maintain

  technical and functional documentation

  for all configurations, customizations, and implemented solutions.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience

  in Odoo development and configuration.
• Proficiency in

  Python

  ,

  PostgreSQL

  , XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of the

  Odoo framework

  (ORM, views, models, workflows) and its architecture.
• Experience in

  Odoo version upgrades

  performance optimization

• Demonstrable
