Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing ERP team. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding of Odoo, capable of managing implementation, customization, and user support across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications in Odoo.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects, etc.)
• Develop new modules or enhance existing ones using Python, XML, and Odoo APIs.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT with business users.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users.
• Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, reports, and custom logic.
• Collaborate with internal teams (development, business, QA) to deliver projects on time.
• Ability to travel internationally

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of proven experience working on Odoo (Community or Enterprise)
• Basic Python programming and ORM knowledge
• Good understanding of Odoo's modular architecture
• Ability to write XML views, reports, and workflows
• Familiar with PostgreSQL database and debugging tools
• Functional knowledge of at least 3–4 Odoo modules
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and have emotional intelligence
• Experience with Git/version control (preferred)
• Ability to adapt for a dynamic and fast faced business

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields – Can defer based on the work experience
• Odoo certification is a plus (but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
