Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in SuiteScript development, SuiteBilling, and platform customization. In this role, you will work closely with business and functional teams to design, develop, and maintain tailored NetSuite solutionsespecially in the finance and subscription billing domains. Strong expertise in SuiteBilling configuration and implementation. Proven knowledge of NetSuite ERP, custom records, forms, fields, and workflows. Experience with NetSuite Web Services (SuiteTalk) and/or REST API. Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and RESTful APIs. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred qualifications NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer or SuiteFoundation certification. Prior experience in finance, subscription-based models, or SaaS billing environments. Familiarity with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) is a plus.
Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, customization, testing, deployment, and user training. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. Configure and customize ERPNext modules to align with business processes. Develop custom scripts, reports, and dashboards using Python, Frappe Framework, and ERPNext APIs. Troubleshoot issues, manage bug fixes, and provide ongoing ERPNext support to end-users. Ensure data integrity and manage migrations from legacy systems into ERPNext. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline CRM, HRMS, Accounting, Inventory, and Project workflows. Maintain system documentation, technical specs, and process flows. Drive best practices, compliance, and user adoption of ERPNext. Stay updated with ERPNext releases and recommend enhancements. Preferred candidate profile 4 - 8 years of experience in ERP implementation/support with at least 3+ years in ERPNext (Frappe framework). Strong functional expertise across modules: CRM, HRMS, Finance/Accounting, Projects, Sales, and Procurement. Hands-on technical skills: Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs, and ERPNext customization. Experience in server setup, deployment, and performance tuning of ERPNext is preferred. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) with ability to work with business & technical teams.
