Job Title: Techno-Functional Consultant Location: New Delhi, Delhi Experience: 6–10 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to drive technology-led initiatives within the education domain. The role involves system assessment, gap analysis, strategic planning, and engagement with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions aligned with national education frameworks such as NEP 2020 and NDEAR. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis, gap assessments, and prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR). Write proposals and prepare impactful project presentations to communicate findings effectively. Engage with client stakeholders, validate findings, and incorporate feedback into deliverables. Provide guidance to junior team members and review their work outputs for quality assurance. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Document processes and prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders. Conceptualize smart classroom solutions and analyze EdTech data using digital tools (e.g., VSK, digital surveys). Stay updated on educational policies and frameworks, including NEP 2020, NDEAR, and related guidelines. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and discussions to promote awareness of EdTech solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 6–10 years of experience in IT or consulting roles, preferably within the education sector. Strong expertise in gap analysis, proposal writing, and DPR preparation. Experience with stakeholder engagement and working in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Indian education systems, UDISE, NEP 2020, and NDEAR is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in smart classroom conceptualization or EdTech projects is desirable. Preferred Skills Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong documentation ability. Ability to lead discussions and present to senior stakeholders. Knowledge of digital survey tools, data analysis platforms, and SOP creation.
