Aerospace material availability and effect of specific series of RM to understand the complexity of manufacturing lead time. Should have knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, should be aware of different processes of manufacturing cost calculation. Able to understand effective utilization of machines with right machine hours calculation. Creating RFQ Solutions with Knowledge of various machines working principle understanding. Create high level process planning for quotation. Calculate the Cycle time for parts, setup time and understand the GD&T achieving feasibility with reference to current capacity, Should be able to recommend the machine required for specific parts of RFQ. Understand the different cost elements of part to know what the ROI will with will be timeline to specific batch qty. Calculating non-recurring engineering cost for specific part and for whole package. Manage Time and Cost effectively and need to maintain good communication with everyone. Should be able to do technical solutions to customer requirements with good approach of can-do attitude. Do market analysis and understand existing similar part family done in house for quotation. Technical Requirements: - Knowledge on AS standards, AS 9001 Rev-D Good in Problem solving technique. Understanding of Manufacturing Process, Special process, Assembly Process of Aerospace parts. Knowledge of Project Management (PMBOK) Aerospace part process knowledge Supplier management knowledge & follow-up Computer skill (MS word, Excel, Power point) Knowledge of Commercial angle and involved cost implications.
