Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Technical Writer to create high-quality documentation that simplifies complex technical information for a wide range of audiences. You will collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to produce user manuals, API documentation, online help guides, and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and FAQs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical information.
Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals to support documentation.
Review and edit content created by other team members for clarity and consistency.
Maintain documentation repositories and version control using tools like Git or Confluence.
Ensure documentation complies with company standards and style guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in software or IT domains.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
Familiarity with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, or Markdown editors.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or scripting languages.
Exposure to API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman.
