Job Summary

• Creating product manuals, user guides, templates, user guides, SOPs etc. from scratch as per the product & business requirements.
  

Key Responsibilities

• To draft manuals as per the requirements. Cross functional team collaboration for better understanding of product related documents to suffice the manuals key point as needed.
• Ability to write in different styles and tones to cater to different targets.
• To maintain documentation template & stiff deadlines of the required documents
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Individual Contributor at times.
  

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from any stream. Fluent in language English (Reading & Writing).
• Basic understanding of UI, UX and API Documentation.
  

Skills And Experience

• Understanding of SDLC & DDLC.
• Understanding of JIRA & Confluence.
• Understanding technical language such as APIs.
• To draft manuals in clear concise manner keeping the end user in mind.
• Able to draft documents with provided product screens only.
• Capable of quickly learning complex topics and communicating them to others.
• Excellent command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
