Role Overview: As a Technical Sales Support specialist, you will provide timely and accurate technical support to the sales team in Malaysia. Your responsibilities will include addressing product-related inquiries, resolving technical issues promptly, and developing comprehensive regional product training materials. This will involve creating manuals, guides, and presentation slides to ensure consistency and accuracy of product knowledge. Additionally, you will organize and deliver training sessions for customers, installers, and sales guides to enhance product understanding and adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase product capabilities and build customer confidence - Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise, address customer objections, and develop sales strategies for revenue growth - Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including product datasheets, technical notes, and FAQs - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, installers, and sales guides - Gather and analyze market feedback, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience - Preferred majors related to thermal energy, refrigeration, and air conditioning - Experience in designing refrigeration systems for household and light commercial products - Familiarity with product testing, processes, and documentation - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to handle high work pressure and demonstrate strong execution ability - Good foundation in English, including strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for effective communication with customers (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
