Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Technical and Behavioral Trainer requirement at Sanathal, Ahmedabad. The Outside Sales Specialist will be responsible for training, counselling and center management.

Qualifications

• Training and Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry training and mentoring
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Engineering

Role summary:

Must-have:

• 8+ years pharma manufacturing / validation / QA-QC / engineering experience (or equivalent consulting experience)
• Hands-on HVAC design/validation or vendor validation experience for pharma
• Practical experience with 21 CFR 210/211, Part 11, GAMP5, CSV
• Able to teach Power BI + Tableau applied to pharma dashboards and MIS (real case studies)
• Experience delivering 1–5 day classroom modules and creating participant workbooks and case studies
• Ahmedabad-based (must be able to deliver regularly on-site)

Deliverables:

• 8 module curricula + slide decks, exercises, SOP case-study lab, and a 30-min assessment per module
• One 90–120 minute demo session (paid) during selection
• Trainer bio, list of 3 client references, sample slide deck
