Must-have: 8+ years pharma manufacturing / validation / QA-QC / engineering experience (or equivalent consulting experience) Hands-on HVAC design/validation or vendor validation experience for pharma Practical experience with 21 CFR 210/211, Part 11, GAMP5, CSV Able to teach Power BI + Tableau applied to pharma dashboards and MIS (real case studies) Experience delivering 1–5 day classroom modules and creating participant workbooks and case studies Ahmedabad-based (must be able to deliver regularly on-site) Deliverables: 8 module curricula + slide decks, exercises, SOP case-study lab, and a 30-min assessment per module One 90–120 minute demo session (paid) during selection Trainer bio, list of 3 client references, sample slide deck
