Engineer Trainee

Candidate shall work in B2B and B2C sales. Confianca Pharma-zon is operating currently into Trainings, Services, Products and Projects for pharma/biopharma industry. Candidate shall work into these streams to generate revenue from Trainings, Services, Products and Projects for Pharma/Biopharma Companies.

This ideal candidate will contact and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product/services capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate our trainings/services/products to all prospective clients. 

Responsibilities

• Clearly articulate technical capabilities
• Find and maintain prospective clients
• Provide general technical support to clients
• Tele Calling for all prospective clients
• Preparing Sales Deck (Microsoft Powerpoint) for Prospective clients
• Discussing with Workshop/Webinar Prospects to join the Webinar for Trainings
• Post Webinar asking for feedback form/providing certificates and bonuses post webniar
• Visiting Clients for any new requirement and delivering materials to pharma factories in india
• Supporting Colleagues for handling clients/courses/workshop/webinar
• Social Media Management
• Content Creation
• Facebook and Google Analytics
• Email Marketing
• Video Editing & Reels Editing

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation –Diploma/B.E/B.Tech
• Ability to discuss with prospective leads in fluent english
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Strong Presentation preparation skills in MS Powerpoint
• Strong Excel

Candidate shall work to get more revenue through sales and marketing of Products, Services, Projects and Trainings.
