Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Environmental Health & Safety Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards and protocols at all operational sites.
Customer Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Site Quality & Process Compliance
Monitor and enforce quality standards and compliance with operational processes.
Energy Management
Manage and optimize energy usage across sites, ensuring efficient operation of power systems.
Uptime Management
Maximize system and equipment uptime through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.
Team Leadership
Lead and coordinate field service teams, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Landlord Coordination
Manage relationships and agreements with site landlords to ensure smooth operations.

Technical Knowledge Required:

Basic understanding of
Electrical Engineering
Familiarity with:

Diesel Generator (DG) sets
AC & DC power management systems
Battery backup systems
HVAC systems
Antenna systems
Basic concepts of
GSM/CDMA
technologies (preferred)
