Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Diploma and Graduate Trainees in Commerce and Civil domains to join our growing organization. This program offers hands-on exposure to finance, operations, project management, and civil engineering practices , preparing trainees for full-time roles in their respective domains. Key Responsibilities: Assist in site supervision, project planning, and execution. Support preparation of design drawings, BOQs, and project documentation. Monitor material usage, quality control, and safety compliance. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Assist in cost estimation, scheduling, and reporting. Eligibility Criteria: Diploma or Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or Civil Engineering (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech) . Basic understanding of respective domain practices (construction/project management for Civil). Proficiency in relevant software (MS Office for Commerce; AutoCAD, STAAD, MS Project for Civil). Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Training & Development: Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
