Job Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in design, development, testing, and maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems.
Participate in project planning, execution, and implementation under supervision.
Work on troubleshooting, maintenance, and process improvements in production or manufacturing units.
Support quality assurance and control teams to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
Conduct research and analysis to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Document reports, test results, and technical findings.
Learn and apply industry safety standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, R&D, and operations.
Adapt to new technologies and participate in on-the-job training sessions.
Follow company policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or relevant design software (for mechanical roles).
Understanding of electrical circuits, PLC, and control systems (for electrical roles). Problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
