Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on C programming covering fundamental to advanced topics.

• Explain concepts such as memory (bits and bytes), variables, looping statements, and control statements with in-depth clarity.

• Provide rigorous training on pattern programs, number logic programs, and recursion.

• Deliver sessions on pointers, constants, and pointer-based constant concepts.

• Teach multi-dimensional arrays, pointers to arrays, and array-based programs.

• Train students in searching and sorting algorithms with real-world applications.

• Explain functions, call by value, call by address, and returning address types of functions.

• Introduce string concepts, string functions, and string-based programs.

• Cover data structures including stacks, queues, linked lists, trees, etc.

• Train on database concepts based on company requirements.

• Develop training materials, exercises, and coding challenges.

• Provide hands-on coding practice and debug errors during training sessions.

• Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests and assignments.

• Training should be company specific.

Key Skills :

• Strong conceptual clarity in C programming, memory management, and algorithms.

• Hands-on experience with pointers, arrays, recursion, and data structures.

• Proficiency in designing algorithmic problem-solving sessions.

• Knowledge of database management based on company requirements.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to break down complex topics into easy-to-understand concepts.

• Previous experience in technical training or mentoring is a plus.

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Prior experience in teaching/training software engineering concepts.

• Experience with online and offline training methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
