Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Gather and prioritize product requirements, translate them into epics and user stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and sales. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market assessment to inform product decisions. Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data insights. Act as the voice of the customer to ensure delivery of high-value features Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Track sprint progress, manage team velocity, and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals. Remove impediments and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment. Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Act as a bridge between product vision and team execution, ensuring alignment. Maintain and monitor Jira boards for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and burndown charts. Use Jira/Confluence to document workflows, meeting notes, and sprint deliverables. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4- 8 years of experience in a combined Product Manager and Scrum Master role (or closely related roles). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Expertise in Jira and other Agile tools (Confluence, Trello, etc.). Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Technical background or experience working with development teams on software products.
