UI UX Designer

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile and web.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process, from concept to delivery.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and usability principles.

Requirements:

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
