UI UX Designer

Job Description: You will be joining NAF Tech as a Senior Front-End Designer & Design System Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in translating high-fidelity designs into responsive, accessible, and production-ready interfaces. Your strong visual craft, interaction design expertise, and pixel-perfect front-end implementation skills will be key in collaborating with product designers and engineers to bring modern interfaces to life. Responsibilities: - Bridge the gap between UX, UI, and IxD to ensure every touchpoint is purposeful and supports the user's goal. - Demonstrate excellence in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory with a keen eye for detail and consistency. - Elevate product interfaces through refined UI design aligned with brand and system guidelines while enhancing usability. - Design responsive, scalable interfaces maintaining visual integrity across devices and use cases. - Define user interactions with a product's interface, focusing on behavior, motion, transitions, and feedback. - Use wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes to map out interaction patterns and enhance usability through well-crafted micro interactions. - Translate insights into intuitive UX flows and polished UIs using Figma. - Champion design quality, consistency, and usability across products and platforms. - Contribute to the evolution of the design system and best practices documentation. - Advocate for the user while considering business goals, technical constraints, and project timelines. Qualifications: - 5-7 years of professional experience in front-end development or UI engineering.
