UI UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Engineer, your main responsibility will be to design and develop intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts and prototypes using Figma. Your role will involve creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Additionally, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience. It will be essential to ensure consistent and seamless design implementation by working closely with developers during the implementation phase. Moreover, staying up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies will be crucial. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and provide guidance to other team members on UI/UX design principles and Figma usage. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications - Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts and prototypes using Figma - Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience - Ensure consistent and seamless design implementation by working closely with developers during the implementation phase - Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies - Mentor and provide guidance to other team members on UI/UX design principles and Figma usage Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Engineer or similar role - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and Figma expertise - Proficiency in using Figma for designing and prototyping - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices & Illustrator, Photoshop - Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, etc.) - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus,
