UI UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company in Pune, you will play a crucial role in developing design concepts for web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and creating design concepts for web and mobile applications - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and marketing - Translating product and business requirements into user-centric designs for superior user experience - Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, storyboards, process flows, and UI designs using standard design tools - Developing and maintaining design standards, style guides, and design pattern libraries - Ensuring design consistency across all platforms and products - Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions - Conducting user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts - Staying up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Graphic Design, or a related field - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Figma, and Adobe XD - Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Must be able to work from the office, as remote work is not allowed - Ability to work independently and smart and should be self-motivated - A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms Join us and be part of a dynamic team where your creativity and technical skills will be valued and utilized to create innovative designs for our products.,
