Technical Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer - IT to join our training and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, up-to-date, and industry-relevant training sessions to students or fresh gradates in technical domains such as programming software development, and IT tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions in subjects like Java, Python, C/C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Data Structure, etc.
• Prepare training materials, assessments, and hands-on projects
• Monitor students performance and provide constructive feedback
• Update curriculum based on the latest industry standards
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mock interview
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth batch execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's /Master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role
• Strong command over at least two programming languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching interest may also apply
