Manage the entire recruitment cycle. Develop, manage, and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent in dynamic environments. Coordinate with various departments to identify their staffing needs. Create a uniform selection criterion for all open positions by consulting with managers, senior management, and employees. Source talent from multiple channels like LinkedIn, Job Boards, Social Media, Referral etc. Create compelling job descriptions, insightful interview questions, and update job ads to attract the right candidates. Identify passive candidates through research, networking, and talent mapping. Conduct hiring drives, campus placement programs, and employment branding initiatives. Maintain records of materials used during recruitment, like interview notes and other paperwork for the top management.
