Job Description

We are looking for IT graduates with 1–2 years of experience who have a basic understanding of JavaScript, API integration, and related concepts. The ideal candidate should be capable of addressing basic customer complaints and possess strong communication skills. As this is a role in the service sector, candidates must be smart, proactive, and quick on their feet. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues related to application integration. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, understand their concerns, and guide them toward solutions. Documentation and Knowledge Base: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Contribute to building and updating the knowledge base. Training and Guidance: Provide users with training and guidance on how to use the application effectively. Escalation: Recognize when to escalate complex issues to senior support staff or engineering teams. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
