We're now looking for someone who is ready for new exciting challenges and willing to join our family as a Software Engineer Lead with expertise in Golang. As a Software Engineer Lead at Moplet, you will be responsible for building large-scale and complex systems with low latency and high availability. You must have a strong background in Design Patterns, REST APIs, Go Routines, and writing Unit Test cases. Additionally, knowledge of static code analysis tools, debugging, troubleshooting, logging, and exception handling mechanisms is required. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience and be proficient in Golang, Node.js, Mysql or any relational database, MongoDB or any NoSQL database, Redis or Hazelcast, and RabbitMQ or Kafka. Experience with popular Golang frameworks like Revel, gRPC, and Containerization/AWS Kubernetes is a plus. In this role, you will be expected to have strong communication and collaboration skills, be a fast learner, and a go-getter without any fear of failing. Furthermore, experience with Build and Release management, Agile processes, and Estimations will be beneficial for succeeding in this position.
