Role Description

This is an on-site internship opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist based in Rajkot. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, offering exceptional customer support, and working closely with the team to improve service delivery.
