We are looking for a detail-oriented App Support Executive to manage backend dashboard operations, respond to user queries, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our application. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with backend tools, performing time-zone conversions for tasks, and using Excel for reporting and analysis.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of web/app support fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with dashboards or admin panels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform accurate time-zone conversions quickly.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
