About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Manager to lead our support and implementation team for HRMS and Payroll software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, hands-on experience in end-to-end software implementation, and the ability to manage client relationships and technical issues efficiently. This role is primarily remote, with client site visits required only when on-site support is essential. About the Company: The company was established in 2004. As a leading software development company, they specialize in HRMS, FAMS, TDS Management Software, XBRL Software, PDF Signer, Business Process Management Software, and Customer Relationship Management Software, empowering enterprises to innovate and thrive in today’s digital landscape. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of support executives and implementation specialists. ● Oversee the complete life cycle of HRMS/Payroll software implementation for clients — from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. ● Serve as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. ● Handle technical support queries related to system functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting. ● Coordinate with internal development teams for issue resolution or product enhancements. ● Maintain detailed documentation of implementation plans, progress, issue logs, and resolutions. ● Ensure SLAs are met and client satisfaction remains high. ● Plan and conduct virtual training sessions for clients on product usage and best practices. ● Visit client locations only when necessary to resolve critical issues that cannot be managed remotely. ● Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project progress and support metrics. ● Drive continuous improvement in implementation processes and support delivery

Candidate Must Have: ● Minimum 7 years of experience in software implementation and technical support roles, preferably in HRMS/Payroll domains. ● Proven experience in leading and managing a technical support or implementation team. ● Strong understanding of HRMS/Payroll processes and software workflows. ● Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and client priorities simultaneously. ● Willingness to travel to client sites only when remote resolution is not feasible. Our Ideal Candidate: ● Should have a Bachelor’s degree or a Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field ● Should have expertise in HR software implementation work. ● Should have team management & bugs management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
