Position Title: Customer Service Executive Location: Dwarka Sector 15, New Delhi Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) Experience Required: 2–3 Years Qualification: ITI Preferred (Refrigeration/HVAC background is a plus) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Foodservice Solutions Job Overview We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to manage service requests, coordinate technician visits, oversee installation activities, and ensure smooth customer support operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) 1. Service Coordination & Customer Support Handle inbound service calls and WhatsApp queries. Schedule technician visits for installation and servicing. Track service completion, maintain service logs, and generate MIS reports. Ensure timely updates and maintain high customer satisfaction. 2. Technical Support & Installation Coordination Coordinate equipment installations (freezers, ovens, ice cream machines, etc.). Assist customers with basic troubleshooting over the phone. Communicate technical problems clearly to the service team. Maintain records of warranties, service visits, and installation reports. 3. Logistics & Spare Parts Coordination Manage dispatches and movement of service items, spare parts, and installations. Liaise with warehouse staff for inward/outward stock flow related to service needs. Assist in monthly stock audits and ensure proper documentation. Proactively resolve logistics-related service issues. 4. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly service reports. Maintain Excel trackers and dashboards for service performance monitoring. Ensure all service-related documents are audit-ready and correctly archived.
