Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat/email for technical support. Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and connectivity issues. Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical concerns. Provide product information, configuration assistance, and account support. Follow standard operating procedures and maintain documentation in CRM. Escalate unresolved or complex cases to Level 2/Tech Specialists. Achieve performance metrics: AHT, FCR, Quality Score, CSAT. B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA/ Any computer related courses Freshers with Good communication skills are welcome
