Job Description

Process: Verizon – Technical Voice / FSC Voice Position Overview : We are hiring experienced BPO professionals for the Verizon Technical Voice Support process. The role requires strong communication skills, good technical understanding, and prior experience in customer support. Key Responsibilities·        Assist Verizon customers via voice support for technical and service-related queries. ·        Troubleshoot connectivity, device, and account-related issues. ·        Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction. ·        Achieve call KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR. ·        Maintain proper documentation and follow standard call-flow procedures. Eligibility Criteria·        Minimum 6 months of BPO experience is mandatory. ·        Excellent English communication skills. ·        Technical knowledge/experience is required (technical support preferred). ·        Comfortable with rotational shifts and 5 days working.
