Position : Customer Support Executive Process : Travel Process (Voice) Location : Gurgaon, Sector 20 Work Schedule : 6 Days Working, Rotational Shifts & Week Offs Salary : Up to ₹21,000 (Based on interview performance) Cab Facility : No cab facilities or allowances provided Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their travel-related queries, bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Provide detailed information on flight and travel bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary management. Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Update and maintain call logs and records of interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and ensure smooth operations. Candidate Requirements: Educational Qualification : Minimum qualification of 12th Pass. Experience : Freshers are welcome, though prior experience in a travel process or BPO environment is preferred. Skills : Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of travel industry processes (flight, hotel bookings) is an added advantage. Additional Details: Shifts : Rotational Shifts (Day/Night) based on process requirements. Week Offs : Rotational Week Offs. Work Environment : Supportive team environment with opportunities for learning and growth.
