Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Support Executive at TELUS Digital, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing service-related needs through call or chat interactions. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving basic network and modem functionality issues, guiding customers on phone hardware and software configurations, and offering solutions for repair problems. Additionally, you will interact with customers over the phone, provide status updates, and schedule technician dispatches for on-site service calls when required. It is essential to escalate technical issues to upper-level support when necessary. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in internet troubleshooting within the BPO industry. You must be proficient in multitasking in a Microsoft Windows environment and using multiple programs for troubleshooting purposes. Experience in handling ISP, internet, Wi-Fi-related issues, as well as router and modem connectivity problems, is preferred. Candidates with any graduate or post-graduate degree can apply, including freshers graduating in 2025. Strong English communication skills are essential, and you should be comfortable working in a 24*7 environment at our Sector 135 office in Noida.
