Job Description: Technical Support Executive (Fresher)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Executive to act as a client-facing point of contact. The role involves understanding client issues, coordinating with internal teams, and providing first-level technical support across software and basic hardware environments. Training will be provided where required.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support requests.

Communicate effectively with clients in English and Hindi (preferred).

Understand client requirements and translate them clearly to the development team.

Read and interpret basic production or programming logs to identify issues.

Troubleshoot client issues related to software and basic hardware (e.g., assisting users with Wi-Fi connectivity).

Coordinate with developers to ensure timely resolution of client-reported issues.

Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.

Additional Responsibility & Skills

Manual Testing & Feature Validation

Perform manual testing of applications and web platforms without writing code.

Test newly launched features to ensure functionality, usability, and stability before and after release.

Identify, reproduce, and report bugs clearly with steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual results.

Coordinate with developers and product teams to validate fixes and retest issues.

Ability to write test cases using code or automation tools is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills; client-facing experience or aptitude is essential.

Basic knowledge of programming concepts.

Ability to read and understand application or system logs.

Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.

Good to Have

Basic knowledge of IoT concepts.

Prior internship or exposure to technical support environments.

Training & Support

Structured training will be provided, especially for hardware-related queries and internal systems.

Experience Level

Fresher / Entry-level candidates are welcome.
