Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Support / Service Technician with strong knowledge of technical support operations and hands-on experience in handling, troubleshooting, and repairing fire alarm panels and security panels. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for fire alarm systems and security systems. Open, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fire panels and security panels. Identify faults and resolve technical issues efficiently. Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of panels. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Coordinate with internal teams and customers for issue resolution. Maintain service reports, repair logs, and maintenance records. Follow safety standards and company policies at all times. Required Skills & Knowledge: Good knowledge of fire alarm panels and security panels (CCTV, access control, etc.). Ability to read electrical and electronic drawings and panel layouts. Hands-on experience in panel wiring, fault finding, and repairs. Knowledge of testing tools and safety procedures. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Eligibility Criteria: ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics trade. 1–3 years of experience in fire and security systems (preferred). Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.3
