About the Role

As a Flutter Developer, you’ll play a critical role in building the mobile experience for scanO users — including patients, dentists, and health partners. You will work closely with our UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product team to bring sleek, performant, and scalable mobile applications to life. Your work will directly impact how users experience healthcare — on the go.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter code

Collaborate with design and product teams to build pixel-perfect UIs

Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into the application

Write unit and widget tests to ensure app stability

Optimize app performance for both Android and iOS platforms

Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and continuous improvement cycles

Collaborate in Agile development cycles (sprints, scrums, retrospectives)

Minimum Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in mobile application development

One or more Flutter apps published on AppStore/Play Store or shared via GitHub

Solid understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart language

Experience working with Git and version control best practices

Familiarity with consuming APIs and third-party libraries

Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) to build custom Flutter packages

Understanding of Material Design and cross-platform design principles

Exposure to CI/CD for mobile apps and performance optimization

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in UI/UX & Graphic Design

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

Strong eye for detail, typography & design trends

Bonus: Basic motion graphics/video editing skills

CTC: ₹2.4 – 4.2 LPA
