Limited Job Description: Jai Japnaam Technologies is hiring a Technical Support Executive who will be responsible for explaining our software and digital products to clients and providing live demos to help them understand features and benefits clearly. Roles & Responsibilities: Call potential and existing clients to explain company products/services. Give online or telephonic product demos to clients. Understand client requirements and present solutions accordingly. Answer client queries related to product features, pricing, and usage. Schedule demos and follow-ups with interested clients. Coordinate with the sales and technical team when required. Maintain proper records of calls, demos, and client feedback. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi & English. Ability to explain technical products in a simple way. Basic knowledge of software, mobile apps, or IT products. Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
