Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT services and software solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and innovation, with the ability to generate new business, nurture client relationships, and help grow our customer base in the competitive IT sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients in the IT/software space and generate new business opportunities through emails, networking, and social media. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT services and solutions (e.g., web development, mobile apps, SaaS products, etc.). Arrange and conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations. Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Collaborate with technical and project teams to create customized solutions aligned with client needs. Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Represent the company at tech events, expos, and conferences to generate leads and brand awareness. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry (freshers with strong communication and tech interest may also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
