Location City Mumbai Department Tech Support Experience 2 - 5 Years Salary - 1 INR Designation Technical Support Executive Total Position 1 Employee Type Third Party Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Respond quickly to the incoming Tickets assigned to you on the ticketing portal. Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 OS Install, configure, and upgrade OS and other Business applications on end users systems (Desktops/laptops) Hands-on experience & troubleshooting issues related to MS Office applications like Outlook, excel, word, etc. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of the associates (internal users). Keep inventory of all the assets like Desktops, laptops, printers, and software licenses. Working on compliance reports like Antivirus reports, WSUS reports, etc. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, and servers. Responsible for queries related to the Printers and basic troubleshooting Act as frontline support for internal users if any system goes down. Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to think logically and strategically A methodical approach to tasks Customer service skills Core Competencies: Service Orientation - Should be aware of both - the internal as well as external customers and their needs; and is committed to meeting the customers evolving, long-term needs - the focus is on SERVICE Result Orientation - Should be able to direct efforts towards developing and implementing realistic action plans to meet business objectives; with a sense of urgency - the focus is on achieving RESULTS.
