Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Mitratech. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 6 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications and hardware systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
