Role Overview:

Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on Festo products, including pneumatic, electric, and automation solutions.
• Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and proposing appropriate Festo solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Festo solutions.
• Support quotation preparation and technical documentation for proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Festo products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• Prior experience in industrial automation, pneumatics, or Festo products is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of Festo automation solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and in a team.
