Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer (Festo) located in Bhiwadi. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and using analytical skills to solve technical problems. The engineer will offer customer support and ensure excellent customer service. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, interacting with customers to provide solutions, and maintaining detailed records of issues and solutions. Role title: CMP Engineer Purpose: To provide value added reliability services and application engineering services to customer so as to grow the business or retain the business by maintaining partnership with end user. Key Responsibilities: To provide reliability services Machine inspection (Vibration data collection, Lube inspection, Visual inspection and Temperature measurement) To create the Asset Information Pages and to collect the data using the tools defined To collect vibration data on machines using relevant tools Submission and discussion of reports with the customers Follow up for recommended maintenance activities Demonstration of potential for improvements Identifying the opportunities while discussing the report with customer and coordinating with sales team to close the same Documenting the opportunity log and success stories Candidate profile: B.E/ B.Tech / Diploma Mechanical with 2 years relevant industry experience Vibration level 2 certification from elite institute will be an added advantage Good communication skills Good knowledge of English KPI/KRAs: Number of machines analyzed, and report prepared Number of ARC + Service Contracts Number of opportunities product generated from services.
