Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer (Festo) located in Bhiwadi. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and using analytical skills to solve technical problems. The engineer will offer customer support and ensure excellent customer service. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, interacting with customers to provide solutions, and maintaining detailed records of issues and solutions.
