Technical Support Engineer

The Technical Support Field Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of Biomax products and systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer networks, databases, and hardware troubleshooting, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Biomax security and biometric systems at client locations. Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer issues efficiently. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and SQL database-related issues. Conduct regular maintenance and ensure all systems are operating at optimal performance. Coordinate with the internal technical team for complex problem resolution. Train clients on system usage and provide after-installation support. Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation of client interactions. Ensure timely and professional customer service with minimal downtime.
