Technical Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Provide deployment & customer support for security products like firewalls, ZTNA solutions, Web

security and e-mail security products.

Perform PoCs and submit relevant reports to Client.

Perform configuration, policy management and activities such as creation/deletion of user roles,

Domain Integration, email configuration, backup etc.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues observed/reported by Client in security product deployments.

Perform root cause analysis of security product related problems and create analysis report.

Manage and maintain network, cloud workloads and servers.

Perform initial troubleshooting of the problem reported by Client.

Perform administrative activities such as checklists, health monitoring etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills (written & spoken English) for engaging with clients (domestic &
• international) for implementing & supporting solutions.
• Ability to understand customer technical infrastructure and deploy solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, networking and server/cloud administration.
• Good technical problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to providing support for products such as PIM/PAM, ZTNA etc will be an added advantage.
• Experience working on virtualized platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, AWS, Azure etc. will be an

added advantage

This role involves working in rotational shifts.
