Technical Support Engineer

Role Overview: As a candidate for the position, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Web Hosting Company, with a preference for being Linux Red Hat Certified. Your role will involve demonstrating excellent knowledge of Linux commands and the ability to effectively resolve client issues via chats or emails. Key Responsibilities: - Possess technical familiarity with Linux/Windows and have experience in managing control panels like cPanel/Plesk Panel. - Capable of fixing issues related to Windows/Linux Servers, IIS, Apache, Emails, MSSQL/MySQL, WHM/WHMCS. - Familiarity with cPanel & Plesk is a must. - Regularly monitor servers to ensure service stability. - Background in the Linux operating system is highly desirable. - Sound knowledge of working on Linux servers from the command line and troubleshooting problems on cPanel servers. - Ability to address issues related to email, MySQL, Apache, PHP, IMAP, pop3, firewall, etc., while assisting customers. - Excellent command over English, both verbal and written. - Flexibility to work in a 24*7 shift environment.
